o contacting Janis Johnson about caring for victim.
o having little to no contact with victim.
o driving victim from Morton Plant Hospital ER.
o being present when Janis Johnson talked to Dr. Minkoff on the telephone.
o the fact that all caretakers reports were directed to him.
o being present when Janis Johnson talked to Dr. Minkoff on Dec. 5, 1995.
o sending a questionnaire inquiring about Lisa's condition to Security Chief.
