WITNESS CAN TESTIFY TO

o the schedules for the watch being set by Olivia Jaillot.
o the fact that Lisa was violent and that everything except the bed and dresser
had been removed from the room.
o Lisa not eating.
o giving Lisa chloral hydrate.
o Janis Johnson visiting Lisa at least a couple of times a night.
o writing a report for each shift she worked on the watch.
o Janis Johnson and Alain Kartuzinski being in charge of the watch.
o directing all of her reports to Alain Kartuzinski and that some of her reports
are missing.
o assisting in bathing Lisa on 12-05-95.
o writing reports both before and after Lisa's death.
o observing Lisa's condition on the night of 12-04-95 and the day of 12-05-95.
o guards being posted at the Cabana door.
o that at no time during the watch did anyone suggest that Lisa seek medical
attention.
o being told by Janis Johnson on 11-29-95 regarding Lisa "no more chloral
hydrate".
o having knowledge concerning the demotions of Johnson, Kartuzinski, and
Baxter.
