o being a long time friend of Lisa.
o being a co-worker at AMC who worked closely with Lisa.
o observing what he considered to be unusual and odd behavior by Lisa at the
convention.
o writing a letter to the church about Lisa's odd behavior while at the
convention in Orlando. The letter contained the following excerpts:

1. While eating breakfast Lisa did not know where she was and
didn't know how to get back to her room.
2. Lisa woke up in the night and said "the end is near".
3. Lisa was irrational.
