WITNESS CAN TESTIFY TO
o first having contact with Lisa in July of 1995 for a behavioral dysfunction
problem Lisa was experiencing.
o being dispatched to Morton Plant Hospital on November 18,1995, being
instructed by Mr. Fontana to find out what was going on with Lisa and getting
her discharged.
o informing Dr. Lovett they would take care of Lisa 24 hours a day.
o getting Lisa out of the hospital and then being cut out of the loop regarding
Lisa's care.
o Lisa having no signs of "type three" behavior at Morton Plant Hospital.
o isolation watch not being handled properly.
o picking up a prescription of valium tablets for Lisa at Eckerd Drugs in Largo,
written by Dr. Minkoff, and delivering same to COS.
o Overhearing a conversation between Arrunada, Houghton, and Johnson
about Lisa being held down.
o having a screaming match with Janis Johnson about Lisa's condition, and
being told "stay the hell out of it".
o treating Lisa's caretakers for injuries inflicted by Lisa.
o responding to the request of Alice Van Grondelle for the symptoms for
dehydration approximately 10 days into the watch.
o calling Judy Fontana on two occasions expressing her concern regarding
Lisa's isolation watch.
