This gonna be a tape recorded telephone conversation with Fannie McPherson, the mother of Lisa McPherson. Today's date is, 4/12/96. The time 10:04 a.m. This is gonna be in reference to Report #95-29158.

Det. Sudler: Good morning Mrs. McPherson, this is Det. Sudler at the Clearwater Police Department.
McPherson: Yes Dr ... .Mr. Sudler.
Det. Sudler: Okay. And I am.. .you understand that we're going to be umm ... recording this conversation as a matter of record for our investigation and that is being done with your permission and approval. Is that correct?
McPherson: That's correct.
Det. Sudler: Okay. For the record Mrs. McPherson, could you state your name and date of birth?
McPherson: My name is Fannie Bell McPherson. Date of birth X25.
Det. Sudler: Okay. Thank you. And as we have discussed earlier ..and I've met with you ... you're aware that we're conducting an investigation umm ... concerning the background circumstances relating to the death of your daughter Lisa.
McPherson: Yes.
Det. Sudler: And we've discussed that with you in the past.
McPherson: Right. Det.. Sudler: Okay. Concerning this investigation ... umm. like to ask you a couple of questions about Lisa... uh ... with regard to her umm ... past medicaihistory. ï ï Umm ... did Lisa have any medical problems that you were aware of?
McPherson: To my knowledge, she had back trouble approximately two years ago. And she had that corrected when she lived here and apparently was okay. According to her

Page 2

she was fine. She seemed to be in perfect health.
Det. Sudler: Okay. She wasn't seeing any physician here in the Clearwater area that you're aware of?
McPherson: Not that I'm aware of. See, I really didn't have that much contact with her after she moved down there.
Det. Sudler: Were you aware of any medication or vitamins or anything that she'd ... had been taking?
McPherson: I know she'd ... she had been taking some vitamins that this Janice Jack ... Johnson or Jackson ... whatever her name is.. .had written out for her. Uh.. .but what it was I can't tell you offhand. I have a copy of one prescription that was written back in July, but it...
Det. Sudler: Oh...
McPherson: It was more like a diet for her to go buy and vitamins, which ... you know ... they're heavy on that.
Det. Sudler: Okay. Now, could you elaborate on that a little bit more. You're referring to Janice Johnson. Uh ... who is that person that you're referring to? Do you know them personally?
McPherson: Well, I found out when I got to Clearwater. I didn't know when.. .but until I got there ... she was the liaison at the... .at the mission.. .the church.
Det. Sudler: Okay. And you.. .this is the Church Of Scientology?
McPherson: Right.
Det. Sudler: Okay. And your daughter was a member?
McPherson: Yes.
Det. Sudler: Okay.
McPherson: She got in when she was eighteen years old.
Det. Sudler: Okay. And umm ... this Janice Johnson, did you ever talk to.her?
McPherson: No, I didn't.
Det. Sudler: Okay. What were you told about her?
McPherson: I was told that she's the one. I didn't hear it

Page 3

from.. .from her boss. But I.. .I heard when I was in Florida that she's the one that took her to the hospital.
Det. Sudler: Okay.
McPherson: I believe the doctor told me that.
Det. Sudler: And her boss was Benetta Slaughter?
McPherson: Correct.
Det. Sudler: Alright. And Benetta told you that Janice was the one that took...?
McPherson: No. Benetta wouldn't tell me anything.
Det. Sudler: Okay.
McPherson: Other than an acquaintance took her.
Det. Sudler: Okay. Alright. And you'd mentioned that this Johnson had prescribed vitamins for Lisa.
McPherson: Uh Huh.
Det. Sudler: Okay. And you said you had a copy of that prescription?
McPherson: Yes sir, I do.
Det. Sudler: Okay. Will you be able to forward a copy of that to me?
McPherson: I'll be glad to.
Det. Sudler: What. ..what does that prescription say?
McPherson: It just has more or less what for her to eat at night and the vitamins to take and to exercise.
Det. Sudler: What is that written on?
McPherson: Uh.. .just a moment. Can you cut us off a minute or hold just a minute?
Det. Sudler: Yeah, that's fine.
McPherson: I think I can find it right quick.
Det. Sudler: Okay. Well, is it ... is it on a prescription pad or like on a piece of paper?
McPherson: It's.. .well, I've got it..it's a. . I have it in front of me now. It's was dated July the 16th,

Page 4

95. Flag Medical Liaison Officer.
Det. Sudler: Okay.
McPherson: And it's on a...it looks like a prescription pad. At the bottom it has next visit to MLO three days.
Det. Sudler: Okay.
McPherson: And it's.. .it's for B1.. .200 mg ... and 100 at bedtime. And that's for P A N T 0 T H E N E R Acid.. .500 mg daily ... one half a.m.. .one half p.m. Eat the following at bedtime ... turkey, bananas, figs, dates, yogurt... (CLEARS THROAT) ... excuse me ... tuna and whole grain crackers ... one half grapefruit at bedtime.. .warm milk at bedtime.. .exercise ... drink one gallon of liquid, not coffee. And I'll send this copy to you.
Det. Sudler: Okay. What is the date of that prescription?
McPherson: July 16th, 95.
Det. Sudler: Okay. And whose signature is on there?
McPherson: It's I guess Janice. I can make out the J and that's about all I can make out. But it's for Lisa.
Det. Sudler: Okay. Is ... is there any reference to a ... a doctor or any...?
McPherson: No.
Det. Sudler: Okay. And just is signed Janice or.. .you can make outtheJ?
McPherson: Uh Huh.
Det. Sudler: Okay. Umm ... are. .are you aware of any medical degrees or any licenses that ... that Janice has?
McPherson: No sir.
Det. Sudler: Okay. No one's ever discussed that with you?
McPherson: No.
Det. Sudler: Alright. Umm ... so other than those vitamins, you're unaware of any medical condition?
McPherson: That's true. To my knowledge, she wouldn't.. .she just wouldn't hardly take medication.

Page 5

Det. Sudler: Okay. Did Lisa tell you that she had been seeing this liaison?
McPherson: No.
Det. Sudler: Okay. That was just later related to you. Okay. Umm.. . did Lisa have any condition that would cause her to bruise easily? Did you ever note.. .notice that about her?
McPherson: No, she never did and I don't know about when she got a little older. But I never saw any bruises on her.
Det. Sudler: Okay.
McPherson: I... I don't guess she bruised easy. Now, Benetta said she had a bruise on her leg.. .which somebody had said ... and I asked her about it. She said well, she noticed it about a month before and Lisa said she bumped it on her desk.
Det. Sudler: Okay. But she wouldn't.. .you wouldn't classify her as the type of person that would bruise easily... you know...
McPherson: No.
Det. Sudler: Just by normal contact or anything like that?
McPherson: No, I wouldn't.
Det. Sudler: Okay. Ummm ... how did you learn about your daughter's death?
McPherson: Okay. Benetta called me ... Lisa I understand died at 9:30.. .between 9:30 and 10 on the 5th.. .the evening of the 5th. Benetta called me around 2:00 the next day to tell me that she had died. And I asked her what in the world happened. And she said well, she started getting sick about noon and just kept getting sicker and sicker. And they took her on to the doctor ... the hospital. But that was contradicted later that.. .you know.. .she wasn't

Page 6

. .she wasn't around her for two weeks. So ... you know.. .I just.. I can't believe anything that I was told. But I asked her why she waited so long to call me and she said well, she couldn't find my telephone number. Well, I can't believe that because I live here. She's been to my house. She knows my phone number.
Det. Sudler: Were you told of...you know...why Lisa was sick or what type of.. .you know.. .illness she had?
McPherson: Benetta said the doctor said she had the fast acting meningitis.
Det. Sudler: Okay.
McPherson: Then that was changed to a.. .a blood clot going to the lung.
Det. Sudler: Okay. When was that changed?
McPherson: Oh, right after she died. ..the next two or three days we were talking back and forth.
Det. Sudler: Okay. Alright. Umm.. .but Benetta had told you that, at 12:00 on the 5th, she started to get real sick?
McPherson: She said she started getting sick around noon. And I understood her to say at the office. And she said she just kept getting sicker and sicker. So they finally took her onto the hospital.
Det. Sudler: And this illness or whatever occurred at her office ... her place of employment?
McPherson: That's what she said.
Det. Sudler: And that would be AMC Publishing?
McPherson: Right.
Det. Sudler: Okay. Umm ... you ... now you mentioned that that was contradicted later on. Umm.. .how was that contradicted and by whom?
McPherson: Okay. Later on I was told that Lisa was staying at

Page 7

the church and that she was working at the church. And ... and someone took her there from the church. You know what I mean? She said first she was sick at the office. And then she later said she was... got sick at the church and someone took her. And I asked her who and she wouldn't tell me. Repeatedly I asked and she'd say an acquaintance. She never would tell me who.
Det. Sudler: Okay. Now, umm ... Benetta told you that.. .that this you know ... that Lisa was working at the church?
McPherson: Yes.
Det. Sudler: Alright.
McPherson: They said she ... Benetta and Brenda and ... and Gilda all said she was working on a project for the church or at.. .across from the church at Winter Wonderland.
Det. Sudler: Okay. Were you aware of any projects that.. .that your daughter was working on?
McPherson: No, I wasn't. Lisa called me.. .it was either the first or second week in November ... and we were kinda talking about Christmas.. .she was planning to come home. And we were joking and she was telling me what she wanted on her ... on her shopping list. And that was the last time I talked to her. 1 did not know she had had the accident until I got to Florida. I did not know she had cracked up or been sick. I knew nothing. They didn't call me about anything. ï ï ï ï ï
Det. Sudler: Alright. Umm.. .so you were notified of your daughter's ï death by Benetta? ï.
McPherson: ï Right. ï ï
Det. Sudler: On.. .on the... ï ï
McPherson: 6th... ï
Det. Sudler: On the 6th of December...

Page 8

McPherson: At 2:00 the next day.
Det. Sudler: Okay. Umm ... and then what happened after that?
McPherson: Well, I was just left pending because I couldn't find out anything ... where she was or anything. See, they were very evasive. They just wouldn't give me any information. And I didn't let her know I was coming down there. I didn't want her to know. But anyway, my sisters and I decided to go down and we did. And when we got there.. well, they certainly didn't expect us. And the girl that was rooming with her, Gloria, which is Benetta's daughter, and her boyfriend were moving boxes and boxes out. I made... they made about three loads I guess. She was moving everything out. Apparently they went the night before and cleaned out the apartment because there was no papers at all or like bills or anything.. .bank statements.. .nothing ... for 1995.
Det. Sudler: Okay. McPherson:. We asked about that and Benetta said that she kept everything at the office.
Det. Sudler: Wh ... what type of personal effects did you get from the apartment.. .frorn Lisa's apartment?
McPherson: Personal things.. .it was.. .the clothes they didn't pick out.. .you know.. .they took a lot of her clothes. They took her silk plants. Her stereo is gone... speakers. I could go on and on. But all I got was the ... what was left of her clothes and her furniture ... and of course her car.
Det. Sudler: Okay. Now you mentioned what was left of her clothes. Did it appear that she didn't have I guess the normal amount of clothing that.. .that she would have or...
McPherson: No, she didn't. She.. .she bought nice clothes. And her friend told me she'd been shopping with her a

Page 9

couple of weeks before and she had bought several size B's because she had lost a lot of weight. And they weren't there of course. And I can't say for sure what kind of clothes she had. I know when she was in Dallas I cleaned her apartment a couple of times and she had very nice clothes. And things that were left were just everyday crummy stuff.
Det. Sudler: Did Lisa.. .umm ... lose a lot of weight that you're aware of?
McPherson: Yes, I had a picture from her ... oh. . I'll have to look on the card and see when it was dated. And she was very very thin. I questioned her about it and she said no, she wasn't. Then I asked about it down there.. .why has she lost so much weight ... is she worked to death. And they said well, she hadn't lost that much or she didn't think she was thin. And then Brenda.. .her friend that went shopping with her ... said "She has too". She said she was.. .she was buying size 8's. Ordinarily she wears a 10.
Det. Sudler: Uh Huh. Uh ... now when was this that she had lost this weight?
McPherson: Well, it.. .it had to be before November.. .during November.. .because she wasn't that heavy the last pictures.. .I mean wasn't that thin the last pictures I had of her.
Det. Sudler: Okay. And when would the last pictures be?
McPherson: Uh.. .you know.. .I don't know.
Det. Sudler: Approximately.
McPherson: Oh, approximately ... uh ... uh ... probably August or September.. . somewhere in there.
Det. Sudler: Okay. So in a period of a couple of months...
McPherson: Uh Huh.
Det. Sudler: Between ëSeptember to November.. .umm ... it was evident

Page 10

that she had lost some weight?
McPherson: Yes.
Det. Sudler: And this ... Lisa never discussed this with you?
McPherson: No.
Det. Sudler: Umm ... was she under any type of stress from her personal life or work or any problems?
McPherson: Yes ... yes. She was in love with this Kurt Paine... I'll go into that in a minute. Very much stress at work ... very much.
Det. Sudler: Did she elaborate on that?
McPherson: No.
Det. Sudler: Okay.
McPherson: In fact, she didn't tell me. But it was in her diary and I could kinda tell from the way I talked to her she was just real uptight ... never got through work.
Det. Sudler: Did she just have too much work to do or...?
McPherson: I think she did. Of course, they never think they do.
Det. Sudler: And you just found this out from your diary.. .from reading her diary?
McPherson: Uh Huh.
Det. Sudler: Okay. Umm ... you mentioned something about Kurt Paine...
McPherson: Yes.
Det. Sudler: That was her boyfriend?
McPherson: Yes. I understand he was 45 years old. She was very much in love with him. They were gonna get married. Uh ... she said they bought a house together that it was small but it was fine for them. And uh.. . then I find out later ... Benetta said when we were down there that she put $10,000 down on it but he gave it back to her she said. They broke up apparently in January of ... January 29th of 95. ..

Page 11

because I had a letter in a computer to my brother stating that. And she told me that he traveled all the time ... said he had his own business. But in this letter she says she apparently only saw him on weekends. Anyway, he's on her checking account and I have a list of things here that she apparently was putting down what she accumulated. And she's got IRA's. But I don't know a thing about that. If she did, she probably made them out to him. I know he was on the checking and Benetta gave me what she wanted me to have from the checking. She gave me a check for $1,600. And November the 14th, 95... .she had an available balance of $5,700.67 in the bank. I have the deposit slips and two statements that were sent here by mistake after her death that I'll mail to you.
Det. Sudler: Okay. And...
McPherson: I just feel like he was kind of a gigolo really. I don't think he intended to marry her ... I think.. .and I.. .another thing I need to mention. On the bank statement it's her ... her social security number only. And I just wonder if he's using her social security number. .
Det. Sudler: They had a joint bank account?
Det. Sudler: And uh ... in November it had about $5,000 in there?
McPherson: I have the deposit slip in front of me. November the 14th. ..its says AVAILABLE BALANCE $5,700.67.
Det. Sudler: And how much. were you given?
Det. Sudler: $1,600. Were there any uh ... did you ever see her checkbook or any...?
McPherson: Well, no.

Page 12

Det. Sudler: Or register of any transactions?
McPherson: I have the checkbook her but I. .. I'm not sure it's .it's an up-to-date one. But there's some checks in here. There's one to Kurt for $1,000 ... one to Kurt $500. He got on her account in 94 the best I can tell from her checkbook.. .you know ... what.. .with checks.
Det. Sudler: Airight. If it should be necessary umm ... .we may try to subpoena her bank records ... umm.
McPherson: I hope so.
Det. Sudler: And we may need a letter from you ... you know ... giving us authorization.
McPherson: Fine.
Det. Sudler: Would ... that would be alright with you?
McPherson: Yes.
Det. Sudler: Okay.
McPherson: I have a form filled out to send to IRS now giving me power of attorney to find out about the IRA's. Of .course, I don't know how to go about that. But certainly I'll be glad to authorize it.
Det. Sudler: Okay. Umm ... did her and Kurt have any property or any other assets together?
McPherson: Not ... not to my knowledge.
Det. Sudler: Okay. And.. .and to your knowledge they weren't legally married?
McPherson: No.
Det. Sudler: Okay. Umm. ... and so going back to ... you know... when you were notified of your daughter's death... what type of information was. .was given to you concerning that?
McPherson: Okay. Benetta called and I felt like something was wrong. And I said "Is Lisa alright?" and she said "Lisa's dead". And of course I went all to pieces

Page 13

and I said "What happened?" And she started ... then she told me she started getting sick and she had the fast acting meningitis. And I said "Who took her to the hospital?" and she said "An acquaintance". And I think that's about all I asked her as well as I can remember. It was such a shock to me.
Det. Sudler: Uh Huh.
McPherson: But she didn't call me till 2:00 the next day, which gave them plenty of time to go in and.. . and get anything they wanted out of the apartment.
Det. Sudler: Uh Huh.
McPherson: So that made me a little suspicious that there was nothing there.. .you know ... f or me to go by for 95.
Det. Sudler: Uh Huh.
McPherson: And why does she wait till 2:00 the next day to call me.
Det. Sudler: Uh Huh.
McPherson: When I know she had my phone number. So then her friend Gilda was here Easter Sunday and she came to bring me four little photo. .photograph pictures... which I don't believe that was her reason for coming. And I kinda questioned her and I said "Gilda ... uh.. .did you see Lisa or talk to her after she had her accident?" She said "No, I was in Dallas when it happened but I thought it was.. .you know... nothing to it". She said "She was so busy working on that Winter Wonderland I didn't want to bother her". I said "Gilda, how could she be working on the Winter Wonderland when she cracked up when she had the accident?" "Oh, I didn't know she cracked up".. See, they.. .they don't know anything ... they won't tell you anything.

Page 14

Det. Sudler: Uh Huh. When ... did you make arrangements for the funeral in Dallas?
McPherson: Yes.
Det. Sudler: Was Lisa. .Lisa was brought back to Dallas?
McPherson: Yes.
Det. Sudler: Okay. Umm ... was she buried or cremated?
McPherson: Cremated.
Det. Sudler: Cremated.. .okay.
McPherson: They told me that was her request, so I listened.
Det. Sudler: Okay. Umm ... who assisted you with that?
McPherson: Who assisted me with it?
Det. Sudler: Yeah.
McPherson: Well, really just my sisters.
Det. Sudler: Okay.. .alright. But all the plans were made by by you and your family?
McPherson: Yes.. .yes.
Det. Sudler: Okay. Umm.. .when.. .when did you get into town... in Clearwater?
McPherson: The 17th.
Det. Sudler: The 17th of December?
McPherson: Jan ... December ... yes.
Det. Sudler: Okay. And what ... what occurred when you arrived in town?
McPherson: Okay. When we arrived in town, we immediately rented a car. And we thought well, we'll go locate the apartment.. .you know ... before the next day cause it was getting kinda late and we already had reservations. So we went to locate the apartment, and that's when we found Gloria there moving out. So we just stayed there till kinda late at night before we went on to our. .our motel. And of course we came back the next day and they came in pairs... you know. ..different ones came in pairs ... they never

Page 15

came alone. And just.. .1 don't know.. .it was just such a mess. I.. I... .it was terrible to go through.
Det. Sudler: Okay. We were informed by members of the church that Lisa had checked into the Church Of Scientology Building at 210 S. Ft. Harrison following her accident for a period of rest and relaxation. And we were inquiring as to whatever happened to her.. .you know... personal effects that were in that room she was staying before her death. And we were told that uh.. .uh ... a couple bags of luggage and her personal effects were given to you or mailed to you. Umm.. .did you receive anything like that?
McPherson: That's not correct.. .that's not correct.
Det. Sudler: Do you know whatever happened to her personal effects from. ..?
McPherson: I don't know. That's what I'm saying. I don't know who all was ëthere. I know Gloria was taking a lot of stuff out. Uh ... now she.. .Gloria started taking a piece of luggage out and I said "That's Lisa's .. .it looks like Lisa's". She said "We had some exactly alike". And about an hour and a half, Benetta brought it back.
Det. Sudler: Okay.
McPherson: "This is Lisa's".
Det. Sudler: Okay.
McPherson: But as far as.. .let's see.. .she mailed me a box of six pair of blue jeans about a month ago. And I can't think of anything else she mailed me.
Det. Sudler: Alright. Just jeans.. .no other...
McPherson: Right.
Det. Sudler: But nobody.. .you know ... specifically gave you any items that ... that they said came from the room that Lisa had been staying in?

Page 16

McPherson: I didn't even know she'd been in a room and I still didn't know it until I got down there.
Det. Sudler: Alright. Umm ... did they tell you why she was staying at the church?
McPherson: Uh Uh.
Det. Sudler: Alright. Umm...
McPherson: The only thing they told me was that she just loved it there.
Det. Sudler: Were there any personal effects that you didn't receive that you ... that you knew she should've had at her apartment?
McPherson: Yes. I had given her a little, diamond ring that she treasured very much. I didn't get that. They said it was stolen when she was burglarized. Her daddy's wedding band she wore on her right hand... I didn't get. I didn't get any of her jewelry... none. Uh.. .she didn't have a lot but I know she had gold chains and said she slept in them ... that I'd sent her several years ago. But no jewelry.. .umm ... no... well, just really ... just her clothes and her furniture is about all they left.
Det. Sudler: Okay. And uh.. .was the amount of clothing that.. .that you obtained from the apartment.. .would you describe that as a normal wardrobe for Lisa?
McPherson: Well, yes ... yes.
Det. Sudler: Okay. So it.. .did it appear that anything had intentionally been not given to you?
McPherson: Well, the only thing I can think of, and I can't prove that, is Brenda had told me that she bought several size 8's a couple of weeks before and they weren't there of course. And I don't know exactly what she did have. I know she. . she had some nice things that were. .that were gone. They just didn't,

Page 17

leave the nice robes and things like that. They left two sets of towels...
Det. Sudler: Uh Huh.
McPherson: Two sets of sheets. As long as she had been keeping an apartment, I'm sure she had more linens than that.
Det. Sudler: Alright. Umm ... did ... did ... at.. .while you were at her apartment or down here, did you learn or find out or hear of anything unusual that may have happened to Lisa?
McPherson: No. There wasn't a thing at the apartment to show any signs of anything.
Det. Sudler: Okay. Did she have ... did ... at one point was she escorted into her apartment by somebody...?
McPherson: Yes...
Det. Sudler: Or carried into her apartment?
McPherson: Yes. I meant to mention that to you. Robert is the apartment manager...
Det. Sudler: Okay.
McPherson: At .Belleair Greens where she lived. And he said he saw two women bring her to the apartment and they was holding onto her.. .one on each side.. .and her hair was all messed up. And he said she was always real friendly with him and always spoke. But he said they made sure she didn't see him. And I can give you his number. He'd be glad to talk to you cause he was very very much against the way things were happening. I believe he told us she was not there the month of November.
Det. Sudler: Okay.
McPherson: Now, I'm assuming...
Det. Sudler: . When did this Robert individual ... when did he see her umm...?
McPherson: Well, I can't give you the date. I'm sure he could

Page 18

give you the approximate date.
Det. Sudler: Okay. Was.. .was that in.. .in relation to this time?
McPherson: Yes.
Det. Sudler: Or was it ... you know ... before that?
McPherson: It was ... it was at that time.
Det. Sudler: Okay.
McPherson: November I believe he said.
Det. Sudler: Alright. In November.
McPherson: He said that two women brought her to the apartment holding onto her and he didn't know why they was bringing her. But he said he didn't know why they brought her but she was very ... her hair was all messed up and she wasn't able to walk too well. ï
Det. Sudler: Alright. And this was at what time of day? Do you ï know?
McPherson: I couldn't tell you.
Det. Sudler: Okay. Do you have Robert's number. ..still have it?
McPherson: Yes.
Det. Sudler: Okay.
McPherson: 444-XXXX.
Det. Sudler: 444...
McPherson: , No, I'm sorry.. I.. I have it here. Manager.. .Robert.. ï ï is 410-XXXX.
Det. Sudler: Okay.
McPherson: Was in and out of the apartment several times when were getting things together. And he brought his assistant down and.. .and they just ... you know... ï .. they really didn't know much to tell us. He didn't ï know that she was in that.
Det. Sudler: Okay. 13mm.. .and in your conversation with Robert, did he ever mention anything uh ... that Lisa might have... ï ï ï youknow had.. .if she was involved in any fights or ï problems or anything at' the apartment?

Page 19

McPherson: No.
Det. Sudler: Nothing out of the ordinary?
McPherson: No.
Det. Sudler: Okay.
McPherson: However, on the lease. . I might mention this ... it's .looks like it's rented to husband and wife. So I don't know if they moved in there together or not.
Det. Sudler: Re ... referring to her and Kurt?
McPherson: Right.
Det. Sudler: Alright.
McPherson: That's what I'm assuming.
Det. Sudler: Alright.
McPherson: But now he would not give mea refund on the deposit because Gloria had moved in and hadn't put her name on the lease.
Det. Sudler: Now, Lisa's car from the accident ... uh ... you ... you're having that stored, right?
McPherson: Yes.
Det. Sudler: Okay. And that's at Bob Lee's Garage?
McPherson: Right.
Det. Sudler: Okay. Herein Clearwater.
McPherson: Uh Huh.
Det. Sudler: And then you're gonna have arrangements to have that shipped out to...?
McPherson: Well, he's gonna try to sell it for me.
Det. Sudler: Okay.
McPherson: Very very nice.
Det. Sudler: Airight.' Alright.
McPherson: But I can't of course until I get a death certificate.
Det. Sudler: Okay. And you're waiting on getting the death certificate?
McPherson: Right.
Det. Sudler: Okay. That...that would come when the Medical

Page 20
