o addressing her reports to Alain Kartuzinski who was in charge of the watch.
o Lisa's violent behavior and her attempt to break a window.
o Janis Johnson visiting Lisa.
o having one year of nurse's training.
o being on watch for ten hour shifts from 11-26-95 through 11-29-95.
o observing that on 11-29-95 Lisa was violent, looking tired, not sleeping, and
losing weight.
o knowing that Janis Johnson was the Medical Liaison Officer.
o observing bruises on Lisa.
o seeing Janis Johnson administering Lisa an injection of Magnesium chloride
on 11-29-95.
o the fact that she would not let Lisa leave the room.
o admitting that she wrote reports and that some of them are missing.
o giving Lisa chloral hydrate.
o Janis Johnson checking Lisa's respiration.
o overhearing Janis Johnson talking to Dr. Minkoff regarding the injection
during the watch.
o the fact that Lisa did not bite or scratch herself.
o the fact that no one attempted to get Lisa outside medical attention and that
Lisa had no contact with family.
