o being advised by either David or Bennetta Slaughter that Lisa was at the Ft.
Harrison Hotel.
o Alain Kartuzinski being Lisa's case supervisor.
o having a telephone conversation with Alain Kartuzinski in which Alain said
that he was transporting Lisa from Morton Plant Hospital to the Ft. Harrison
Hotel.
o obtaining room 174 at the Cabanas for Lisa.
o Paul Kellerhals being in charge of the security portion and Alain Kartuzinski
being in charge of the spiritual portion.
o instructing security guard Ghiora to "guide" Lisa back into her room if she
should try to leave.
o Alain Kartuzinski having the authority to release Lisa.
