o being assigned 2 watches 11-24-95 and 11-25-95.
o guards being posted outside of Lisa's room.
o Lisa not eating or drinking during her watch.
o the fact that Lisa tried to leave her room 2 or 3 times and was "guided" back
into her room each time.
o writing two reports that were directed to Senior Case Supervisor Alain
Kartuzinski.
o holding Lisa's hands behind her back when she became violent.
o Lisa being more violent during her second watch, and was still not eating or
drinking.
o hearing Lisa say "let me get out" when she would try to leave.
o seeing security guard Alfonso Barcenas stop Lisa from leaving.
