o convening a meeting the night Lisa McPherson died.
o calling Los Angles the night of Lisa McPherson death.
o being aware that McPherson was at the Ft. Harrison Hotel for isolation and
auditing.
o the fact Alain Kartuzinski was in charge of Lisa's case.
o the fact that Dr. Janis Johnson was in charge of Lisa's medical condition.
o shredding reports written by caretakers after Marcus Quirino summarized the
reports.
o acknowledging that Lisa was in the COS care when she died.
