Dear Sir,
Per my life history there are out 2D occurrences for several years.
I would like to inform you that since I have been married to my present husband (7 Jan 84) there have been zero out 2D activities. I have completely reverted this dynamic and have kept my ethics in on it.
This petition is submitted to request that this point on HCO quals be waived in order for me to be in HCO at CC International. Your attention to this is greatly appreciated.
