Running into CI w/ Gene regarding full time staff.
Gene feels things happen on a gradient. Hatting & training [?] of the staff. He doesn't feel like the bills will be met.
Lisa feels her purpose is paramount to all that but she had to back down from it and caved in.
The 2D is set up so he has the final say so she feels she can't control him as well as he controls her.
