Lisa has had two targets re getting ads placed for the DN SEMINAR AND
HDA CRS IMPLEMENTATION program that have been assigned to do since we
started running the program in mid-Jun. They still have not been done.
The targets are:
OT 4, which states: "Immediately place the new Dn Seminar radio ad which
was sent to you from CMU. Submit a PO for the expenses you need and
ensure you have enough to run the ad daily several times, throughout the
week. Get the money approved and the ad placed. REF: SOED 2137-6-17 YOUR
BASIC PUBLIC DIVISIONS PROMITION AND ADVERTISEMENT PROGRAM."
OT 5, which states: "Place at least 2 newspaper ads to get public in for
Dn Seminars. Get a PO submitted and approved and ads placed. (Copies of
newspaper ads have been sent to you by CMU.) REF: HCO PL 10 FEB 65 AD
AND BOOK POLICIES."
These targets are a vital part of getting this route implemented
successfully, and would increase the flow of new people in. They need to
get done fast.
