This document dissolves the committee assigned to do Ruth Reed's Comm Ev, because the committee's findings were rejected by the SMI Int Justice Chief, and the committee failed to revise the findings within 24 hours, as directed.
Presumably, the inclusion of this document in Lisa's ethics folder indicates that she was part of the committee.
