Exec Council orders all Ad Council to complete Instruct written by SSO
on 24 Oct 86. Instruct is to be done to improve effectiveness of AC
members. All members should have a copy of this Instruct issued by SSO,
if not, get one. These members who have already done the Instruct should
route their compliance with evidence to the TM. This TMO is due by 10:30
p.m. 19 Nov 86.
